Bachelet-Monnot酒莊的主人是一對兄弟檔Marc Bachelet與Alex Bachelet, 他們的阿公就已經開始在當地釀酒, 傳到第三代Marc與Alex, 兩兄弟在2005年創立了自己的酒莊Domaine Bachelet Monnot(Monnot是他們Uncle的名字). 由於兄弟齊心且適逢2005世紀年份的來臨, Domaine Bachelet Monnot的酒款第一年推出就廣受好評.

Inside Burgundy’s Jasper Morris (94 points) –“Located close by the Santenay but there is more clay here. Clear pale colour. More complex white fruit and flowers on the nose. Flesh beneath. Very harmonious, then minerals then fruit again, concentrated very juicy apple. Excellent! I kept going back to this which could be the domaine’s finest Fussière to date.”
