Canon La Gaffeliere ”加菲貓🐱”酒莊位於波爾多右岸Saint-Emilion產區, 現莊主Stephan von Neipperg在1983年起接手管理家族酒莊, 大刀闊斧地進行改革💪, 邀請多間右岸名莊的顧問Stephan Derenoncourt來當釀酒師👍, 令酒莊水準大幅提升⬆️, 在2012年晉身成為Premier Grand Cru Classe 🅱️列級酒莊(最新評級只有1️⃣2️⃣間)🎖️, 近年更多次入選Wine Spectator雜誌的年度百大Top 100💯.

(酒款葡萄比例約為55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc和10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 平均樹齢達50年, 在90%新橡木桶中陳釀17個月)
