Chateau Rouget是其中一間最早在波爾多Pomerol成立的酒莊🏰, 歷史記載早在1700年已經有這間酒莊. 酒莊鄰近Le Gay, Client, L’Eglise Client等Pomerol名莊🏰, 風土(Terroir)優越👍. 現莊主Labruyere家族在1992年買下Rouget酒莊後, 投入大量資金提升釀酒設備💪, 更聘請天才釀酒師Michel Rolland為釀酒顧問🙇🏻♂️, 令質素大大提升⬆️, 連Robert Parker都把Chateau Rouget評為4️⃣星靚莊⭐(滿分為5星).
(酒款葡萄比例約為85% Merlot和15% Cabernet Franc, 平均樹齡40年, 在33%新橡木桶陳釀18個月)

Wine Advocate (92 points) – “Tasted at the château, the 2006 Rouget was always a quietly impressive Pomerol when it was released and it continues to offer great quality. The bouquet is very pure and comely, with ripe strawberry and raspberry coulis aromas, beautifully defined, very focused and tensile. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, a mixture of red and black fruit, superb mineralité and backbone, long and sustained on the finish. This Rouget seems to be improving in bottle and it will be fascinating to watch its progress. Proprietor Edouard Labruyère described it as becoming "a real Pomerol now." I would agree.”
