Jeb Dunnuck (100 points) – "Absolutely monumental and rivaling the 1998 and 2001, the 2010 Clos I Terrasses Priorat Clos Erasmus is comprised of 80% Garnacha, 15% Syrah, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon that spent 20 months in French oak. It always comes from three vineyards: Escalas (1.1 hectare), Aubagues (2.4 hectares), and Socarrats (3.5 hectare). Deep, serious, and still holding a lot in reserve, it has incredibly pure, detailed aromas and flavors (black cherries, olive tapenade, spice, herbs), brilliant concentration, perfect balance, and a seamless, elegant, yet thrillingly long and structured finish. Despite the overall size here, it never comes across as heavy, always stays pure and ethereal, and is oh so polished. Give bottles 3-5 years in the cellar, and enjoy over the following two decades or more. Spectacular on all accounts!"

在1990年代, Rene Barbier、Alvaro Palacios、Carles Pastrana與Daphne Glorian、Jose Luis Perez五大巨頭一起來到被遺忘的西班牙Priorat產區, 以釀造出高品質葡萄酒為目標, 五人共同釀出一款葡萄酒, 之後分家各自成立酒莊. 五家著名的酒莊為：Rene Barbier 創立的酒莊 Clos Mogador和四位朋友的Clos Dofi (Alvaro Palacios的L’Ermita為西班牙最貴酒款之一), Clos Martinet (Jose Luis Perez), Clos Erasmus (Daphne Glorian) and Clos de l’Obac (Carlos Pastrana)，他們的創新大獲成功, 如今這些酒莊都已經是國際上赫赫有名的膜拜酒莊了.
而Priorat進一步在2001年成為Rioja之外西班牙唯一一個的DOQ/DOCa, 所有的光環加身, Priorat仿若從醜小鴨變成天鵝, 成為了西班牙最耀眼的頂級產區.
