Domaine du Colombier莊主Viale 家族從1929 年開始現已經在北隆河Hermitage地區種植葡萄👍, 現時由家族第三代的Florent主理💪. 在1990年代以前主要將佳釀賣給大名鼎鼎的隆河名莊E. Guigal👑, 之後Florent決定轉為自家裝瓶銷售.

💯酒評:
The 2007 white Hermitage offers attractive aromas of honeysuckle, white peach and apricot. The palate shows characters of a similar vein, with notes of almond - rich, but with a tautness to the structure. There is a fine silky quality to the texture, a restrained, seamless style. Fine, almost chalky mineral notes come through creating a persistent, lingering finish. There is superb definition to the 2007, which underlines the qualities of this particular, well-situated parcel, namely La Maison Blanche. Stunning.
