“靚次伯”(Chateau Lynch Bages)既紅酒相信大家都飲過, 佢既白酒Blanc de Lynch-Bages唔知大家又飲過未❓ “靚次伯”呢間五級莊位於名莊臨立的Pauillac產區🏰, 附近就係女爵(Pichon Lalande)同男爵(Pichon Baron)兩間超二級莊, 風土(Terroir)非常優越👍. 著名的Cazes家族由上世紀30年代開始成為”靚次伯”酒莊的主人至今, 老莊主Jean-Michel Cazes由1973年加入酒莊後就不斷投資更新釀酒設備, 令質素不斷提升⬆, 佢亦係其中一位最早到中國做推廣的莊主(1986年) , 而”靚次伯”白酒的第一個釀造年份為1990年.
(酒款葡萄比例為50% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon和5% Muscadelle, 在50%新橡木桶中陳釀)

Robert Parker (91 points) – “En primeur barrel sample. Part micro-fermented in new oak barrels plus 30-35% in stainless steel, this Lynch Bages Blanc uses a new system enabling them to control of fermentation of each separate barrel. A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon and 5% Muscadelle with 50% new oak, it has a fine nose, good definition, grapefruit, pear and lime. The palate is fresh and lively, crisp apple, grapefruit and a touch of lime cordial. Crisp lively finish. Very fine.”
