入圍2004年坎城影展最佳電影的”Mondovino”(中文譯為”葡萄酒世界”)是酒迷必看的電影📽️, 影片中的靈魂人物Hubert de Montille是今次Domaine de Montille酒莊的老莊主👍. 連葡萄酒大師(Master of Wine🙇♂️) Clive Coates和酒評家Robert Parker分別都把Domaine de Montille評為2️⃣星酒莊(滿分為3星)和4️⃣星酒莊(滿分為5星)⭐.
Les Greves位於Beaune村莊的中坡地段🍇, 是村莊其中一塊最靚的"1️⃣級田"(Premier Cru)👍, Bouchard的旗艦酒款Vigne de l'Enfant Jesus也是出自此"1️⃣級田"🍷.

Domaine de Montille酒莊早於1863年已經成立, 而老莊主Hubert de Montille繼承後的第一個釀造年份為1947, 現時酒莊由Hubert的兒女Etienne和Alix管理. 酒莊在1995年將葡萄園改為有機種植, 之後更於2005年使用生物動力法(biodynamic)的方式種植.

Allen Meadows’ Burghound (92 points) – “This gives away a bit of elegance for more complexity, particularly on the cool, pure and airy nose that displays notes of plum, earth, iron and underbrush. There is a slightly smoky character to the round, supple and solidly well-concentrated medium-bodied flavors that offer very fine depth on the balanced and lingering finish. This cellar-worthy effort is the most complete wine among the three Beaune 1ers in 2011.”
