1974年出生的Nicolas Rossignol是家中的第五代釀酒師, 1994年跟隨父親(Domaine Rossignol Jeanniard)開始釀酒, 在1997年成立自家酒莊Domaine Nicolas Rossignol, 之後更繼承家族的葡萄園, 現時葡萄園面積已達17公頃.

Burghound (94 points) – “A highly complex and broad-ranging nose features aromas of freshly turned earth, black currant, plum and a hint of the sauvage. There is a velvety palate impression to the muscular and impressively rich flavors that possess seemingly endless reserves of dry extract that do a fine job of buffering the exceptionally firm tannic spine on the succulent yet entirely serious finale. Stylistically this is not exactly old school but it's clear that this is going to require a very long stay in a cool cellar as it's built to age. *Sweet Spot, Outstanding*”
