Domaine Robert Chevillon是Burgundy, Nuits Saint Georges (NSG)村內最知名的皇者名莊, 旗下8塊"一級田"全部位於NSG村, 完整呈現產區風土(Terroir). 8塊"一級田"之中包括Les Saint Georges, Les Vaucrains, Les Cailles這三塊經典名田, Robert Chevillon不僅是少數同時擁有這三塊名田的酒莊, 他們的葡萄藤都超過80年以上, 也是產區內最為年長的, 其中還有極其珍貴的百年老藤.
酒莊現已傳承至第五代, 老莊主Robert於2003年退休, 兒子Bertrand和Denis Chevillon兩兄弟是現任的管理者. 承襲家族的釀酒哲學, 讓葡萄能自然成長, 葡萄藤活到七、八十歲仍然健壯.

The delicious, concentrated and sleekly muscular flavors possess outstanding mid-palate concentration before terminating in a balanced and strikingly long finish. The old vine sap is very much in evidence as it pushes the otherwise firm tannins to the background and imparts a velvety feel. This should be terrific in time. *Sweet Spot, Outstanding*”
