Burgundy的Nuits-Saint-Georges (NSG)村共有41塊"1️⃣級田"(Premier Cru)🍇, 今次的”Les Vaucrains”是當中最靚的三塊"1️⃣級田"之一👍(另外兩塊為”Les Saint-Georges”和”Les Cailles”, 注意NSG村莊並沒有特級田Grand Cru🙅♂).
Domaine Jean Chauvenet位於Burgundy的NSG村, 由Jean Chauvenet於1969年建立, 擁有的7塊"1️⃣級田"全部位於NSG村內🍇, 絶對能代表當地的風土(Terroir)👍, 就連Robert Parker都把Jean Chauvenet評為4️⃣星靚莊⭐(滿分為5星). 1994年起, 酒莊由Jean的女婿Christophe Drag接手管理.

Jasper Morris’ Inside Burgundy (94 points) – “Vigorous youthful purple with real density. A backward nose of significant intensity, dark fruit of classic Nuits-St-Georges character. Huge intensity, with the black fruit complemented by the required freshness. A little pepper and spice, but led by the dark fruit. Real intensity.”
