Pauillac de Latour第一個釀造年份為1965年. 自1990年起, 每個年份都會釀造此酒款, 而Label上面是Latour葡萄園的著名地標”白鴿屋”🐦.
現莊主Francois Pinault在1993年買下Chateau Latour, 大量的資金投入再加上1995年邀請了Frederic Engerer管理酒莊👍, 自始Latour的質素更上一層樓⬆️.

Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate (90 points) – “The introductory cuvee, the 2008 Pauillac, is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 55% Merlot. Another offering with a surprisingly lofty alcohol content for Bordeaux (13.5%), it is a smooth, fruit-driven Pauillac exhibiting plenty of black fruit, cedar, and fruitcake characteristics in a medium-bodied, lush, exuberant style. It should drink nicely for 5-7 years. Yields at this estate were among the lowest of the last 20 years, averaging 39 hectoliters per hectare.”
