葡萄酒專業評論雜誌《Decanter》將Dal Forno Romano酒莊歸類為意大利「五大頂級酒莊」之一👑, 是以Amarone佳釀而聞名的Valpolicella產區中的王者👍, 師承於傳統的Quintarelli大師門下🙇♂️, 郤大膽採用新式的釀酒工藝💪, 以225公升的新橡木桶陳釀, 令口感層次更豐富😋.
(酒款葡萄比例約為70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Croatina和5% Oseleta, 樹齡平均約35年, 酒款先在100%新橡木桶陳釀24個月, 入樽後再陳釀36個月)
