Domaine de la Mordoree酒莊由Delorme兄弟在1986年創立, 由於他們熱愛打獵, 所以酒莊以一款野生獵鳥而命名🦅. 在隆河各產區擁有總面積約60公頃的葡萄園, 並採用生物動力法(biodynamic)的種植方式🌱. Robert Parker把Domaine de la Mordoree評為最頂級的5️⃣星酒莊⭐, 更入選為The World’s Greatest Wine Estates」一書156個“世界最偉大的酒莊”👍.

Wine Advocate (97 points) – “The Delorme Brother’s 2005 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvee de la Reine des Bois has been incredibly consistent for me, and is always an upper-90s scoring wine. A big, full-bodied, structured effort, its inky purple color is followed by a terrific bouquet of ripe black fruits, toasted spice, graphite, chocolate and garrigue. Made from 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and the rest 5% Vaccarèse, brought up 30% in barrels and 70% in stainless steel, it will have another 10-15 years of prime drinking. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2030”
