1️⃣級莊Latour應該鍾意飲酒的朋友都會認識, 但Latour的價錢並不是人人都負擔得起💸, 就算二軍酒都要千幾二千蚊一支, 今次Robert Parker介紹俾各位精明的消費者😎, 如果想一嘗Latour的滋味😋, 呢支"3️⃣牌酒" Pauillac de Latour就係明智之選👍.
Pauillac de Latour第一個釀造年份為1965年. 自1990年起, 每個年份都會釀造此酒款, 而Label上面是Latour葡萄園的著名地標”白鴿屋”🐦.
現莊主Francois Pinault在1993年買下Chateau Latour, 大量的資金投入再加上1995年邀請了Frederic Engerer管理酒莊👍, 自始Latour的質素更上一層樓⬆️.
(酒款葡萄比例約為45% Cabernet Sauvignon和55% Merlot, 在20%新橡木桶陳釀)

Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate – “The introductory cuvee, the 2008 Pauillac, is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 55% Merlot. Another offering with a surprisingly lofty alcohol content for Bordeaux (13.5%), it is a smooth, fruit-driven Pauillac exhibiting plenty of black fruit, cedar, and fruitcake characteristics in a medium-bodied, lush, exuberant style. It should drink nicely for 5-7 years. Yields at this estate were among the lowest of the last 20 years, averaging 39 hectoliters per hectare.”
